At Infinity Apple, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase of Apple accessories. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.
1. Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be in their original, unused condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories included.
- Items that are damaged, show signs of wear, or are not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund or may be subject to a restocking fee.
- Certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, may not be returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please check the product description for specific return eligibility.
2. How to Initiate a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at infinityapplebusiness@gmail.com with the following information:
- Your order number.
- The item(s) you wish to return.
- Reason for the return.
- Photos of the item(s) if they arrived damaged or defective.
Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to send your item(s) back.
3. Shipping Returns:
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect, damaged, or defective.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to confirm the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping costs from the original purchase are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process for the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired item.
6. Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at infinityapplebusiness@gmail.com with photos of the damage and your order number. We will work swiftly to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or a full refund.
7. Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards.
- Downloadable software products.
- Some health and personal care items.
