1. Processing Time:
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons or promotional periods.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer:

Estimated Delivery: 7-15 business days (domestic), 10-25 business days (international).

Delivery estimates are from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Delays can occur due to customs, carrier issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. International Shipping:
- We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Infinity Apple is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
- Please be aware that international shipments may experience delays due to customs procedures in the destination country.
4. Order Tracking:
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
5. Shipping Address:
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages:
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at infinityapplebusiness@gmail.com with photos of the damage and your order number. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
- If a package is lost in transit, please contact us after the estimated delivery time has passed, and we will assist you in investigating with the carrier.
7. In-Store Pickup:
- Currently, we do not offer in-store pickup options.
